Sunhe Zipper Co., Ltd. was established in the August of 1986. We are located in the manufacturing city of Wenzhou in east China, where we have a factory covering approximately 24,000 square meters. The rich experience we have gathered and the 500 and more sets of advanced equipment have made us a professional zipper manufacturer and a highly suitable choice for customers seeking to source high quality zippers. 







We have one of the widest ranges of zippers on the market, which are all made on equipment imported from Japan and Taiwan. There are roughly 500 highly trained and motivated members of staff employed at the company. 20% percent of this workforce occupies senior of technical positions, i.e. managers, technicians and other professional personnel. 







The materials used to make our range of zippers include metals, plastics and nylon. In addition to the zipper range, we offer a range of sliders. Our production capacity of long chain and finished zippers at present stands at 1,500,000MT (or 600,000 pieces per day). To reduce the costs of externally sourcing materials and components, we produce the monofilament, sewing threads and yarns we need ourselves. This means we have more control over quality and cost, thus being able to give our customers a high level of quality at a very favorable price. 







As regards quality, we manage production and execute each of the tasks within the factory in accordance with the standards of ISO9001. This is our pledge that those customers who purchase our products are unlikely to encounter any defective products. In addition to our quality guarantee, we are able to design and develop zippers and sliders both independently and according to the design stipulations and specifications of our customers.
